Below are instructions for obtaining a new password that will give you easy access to the private pages which you will access below.

To obtain your User Name and Password :

Send an e-mail to the Webmaster by clicking on the Flying Mailman
You must give your name, unit number and building in order to obtain a password!!!
Once you have your password you can return to this page and click on the links below to access the Calendar, Bulletin Board and Current Happenings and Minutes pages.

The following pages access information we feel is "For Residents Only" . By clicking on any of the hyperlinks to those pages you will be asked for your User Name and Password.

The CALENDAR page will be updated monthly and will be the same as the calendar you receive on a monthly basis ...but it can be more! We welcome you to add to the calendar by e-mailing dates important to you that you wish to share .. birthdays, anniversaries, or club functions.
The CURRENT HAPPENINGS page will have all the important notices that you now see posted in the elevators and circulated either by mail or door to door. Notices that you would see on Channel 49 will also be seen here.
The MINUTES page will provide the minutes from the latest Board Meetings.

Please note !!! If you wish to submit a notice for the bulletin board or calendar, please leave a copy with Mellissa (in the office) for the web. I can only post your bulletin if I have a copy to reference............
