The Olympus Condominium complex sits on the Intracoastal Waterway, just north of Hallandale Beach Boulevard in Hallandale Beach, Florida 33009. The complex consists of three residential buildings that contain 1,090 individual living units. The Olympus owns a 26 Slip Marina, underground parking facilities for 1,400 vehicles, two swimming pools, four tennis courts, and a large recreation / barbeque area. The Olympus Association also owns its own passenger bus to transport residents, free of charge, to the businesses located throughout Hallandale Beach.
