The Olympus sits on the Intracoastal Waterway, just north of Hallandale Beach Boulevard in Hallandale Beach, Florida 33009. The complex consists of three residential buildings with 1,090 individual units. Residents enjoy a 26-slip marina, covered underground parking for 1,400 vehicles, two heated pools, tennis and pickleball courts, and a large BBQ and picnic area. The Olympus Association also runs a free courtesy shuttle bus that takes residents to nearby grocery stores, shopping malls and other local destinations.
